If you cannot have the no deposit bonuses then it probably maybe due to incomplete verification. Have you verified through ID and phone when you registered?

Yes do photo id maybe your license if u have one scan it and u can upload it in your account this is what i did to be fully verfied. Do u mean u cannot apply for the FTP or u have but not approved. Maybe u already have an FTP account or somthing dunno mate try uploading your photo id tho just to be sure

I uploaded my driver's license for ID verification..And I covered all the important numbers..I took a picture of it with my webcam, was pretty bad quality but they still accepted it
