Murray says 1 shot dosnt make the game,he goes 15-40 up in the 2nd and Nadal was gone, already when he missed that shot he went big time TILT ,never hit another really good shot untill he was 30-love in the last game played...
I am quoting this from a callie28 post and it struck me as very true not just for Tennis but close on to everything and even more Toxic in Poker.
One hand played poor or a fluke river that wins you a pot or loses a pot can and in my opinion does affect the way you play your next hands. And will make the difference to winning long term and losing. So it's vital to keep your head when those mishaps happen.
In my opinion Murray would of gone on to win that match but for one missed shot he should of made very easy. ToX

poker is about patience , if you cant control your emotions on losing a hand/ badbeat you will keep on screwing up your game. once hand is over, forget about it and move on to next one

do you ever notice when people are on the button and keep bettin when u know they couldnt have anything but you have nothing either so u cant call and when you fold they decide to fold their next couple hands? i notice myself doing it after a thin bluff and i been watchin a bunch of other people do it lately
