Thanks for all your comments and suggestions. Taking it all together and having thought about it - to keep up the fairness I wont give their names to security support. I don´t want to point my finger at them if there´s the possibility that I could be completely wrong. But it was strange anyway.

It's up to you, if you point a finger at them nothing bad will happen unless of course they actually are found to be doing some real cheating. If the site doesn't find explicit evidence that they are, they won't even bother them (worst they'll get is a reminder email saying not to chat cards for obvious reasons.
