Yes the leftovers will always rollover. So if there's 9000 points, then there will be 1 x 5000 MP prize, and 4000 MP will rollover to next week. BUT - your tickets will not rollover though, so you will have to buy tickets again (and the prize pool will increase).
There has never been a week with no prizes though, usually there's 2-3 prizes. Maybe a few times there has been one. Sometimes even 4-5 prizes. Depends on how many people plays.

I try it since certainly one year- nothing. Last time i bought tickets for 250 MobPoints- nothing. But i saw some Players won three times at the same weekend. No luck- no fun.

Correct. The prize is to the next weeks but you gonna need more a ticket to this new draw. The prize wiil be the same the previous week and all included. If you are the winner you can have all the 5000 mob points for yourself. Great.

I have a new strategy, every week I buy one point ! I'm sure this weekend I'll win. My chances are above 80% because my point was a very good point. It's the second week I do this, I don't understand why didn't I win last week
is the money founded at safe real money which will be accounted to us or...? I am new here, so must ask And people here are really friendly, so i accept some answer

It's mob points 1000 pionts are worth $10 so if the safe is say $30 you will get 3000 points ' The draw on Sunday is worth a min of $50 ..5000 points
You get points also for posting good posts on the forum .......thats why I never get any And if you are an afelat you get points for every one that singe up frome you.
Pluss you will get points for most bounus you take.
Oh and one that most ferget if you see a red enverlope next to where it says mobacount at the top right handside click that and scroll down to the bottom and then click the tab that says click and you will get the points....
When you have 10000 mob points you can cash out for $50 ..

I bought 170 tickets last time but i can´t win at this game. I try it again and again since one year but i have no luck. But strong is, that other Players won 3 times at the same weekend.

You are better going large, 1k per game min I would suggest, but if you cant wait, then go for it.
And if you are an afelat you get points for every one that singe up frome you.
