I've seen a lot already, when it comes to poor play, but this beats everything. By far.
The 1,1$ NL Omaha turbo rebuy tournament on pokerstars, with $1k guaranteed (the prizepool always gets to 8k)
Seriously... has to be THE easiest tournament EVER. Just sit down, instant rebuy to 6000 and wait for AAxx, and go all in preflop. you WILL get called by ATLEAST 2 players (it's not 6 max like standard omaha) People just don't know the rules. Once i raised all in preflop and got called by pocket qads (sevens)
rebuy period last 90 minutes, and by then the blinds will be extreme (1,5k/3k)
you get to make an addon of 30 k chips, for 1$. If you played solid you should then have around 100k chips.
From there it's just standard abc, but remember that you're going to get called every single time=don't steal, wait for AAxx and go all in.
Cashed 2 days in a row, now i'm deep, and even though the avg stack is around 12 BB right now, people are still CALLING UTG. I'm seeing hands where 6-7 calls preflop.
Try it out. it's a huge fucking joke that's gonna make you rich.

cashed 27 and 50 dollars. Right now i'm very close to the money, which starts at $15.
Remeber, it's rebuy. if you loose you just rebuy and go again I invested $7 all 3 days in rebuys and addon. And after rebuy period is over, believe me, aa will often win against the type of hands that you will be up againts.
edit:
I'm now in the money again, first price is 1,5k$ Wish me luck

Good luck Netsmasher.
I don't like to play tournaments with rebuy, I don't play omaha online and I don't have money at pokerstars, but if you win 10 times in a row you might convince me

there... it had to happen. My AAxx was cracked by JJxx. I'm not out yet, so guess i'll be using all my time to get that last $5 extra
------------ going on vacation tomorrow, so wont be playing the next week Try it out yourself
30 players left, not that many idiots left by now, now the hard part begins. And with a stack of 1 BB i'm probably out next hand
------------ won the forced all in and now i have 4 BB lol. anyway chip leader only has 40 bb so not that long a way to go. just need to double up a couple of times
------------ damn.. flopped top set and got rivered. Well, finished 13 for a nice payday of $63,33
This is, and you must really believe me, the easiest money i've ever made.
as i said i wont be playing the next week, but i'm looking forward to come back and crush this tournament everyday the rest of my life lol
Have a brilliant evening everyone, and wish me a nice vacation

Let me get this right...You think that AA83 is very strong Omaha hand??? I mean you think you will win often like in Holdem with AA? Against 3 or 4 callers??? If other player play that good as you then that must be easy tourney... Dont want to be rude but.... AA is pair! And you must hit A to improve your hand and even that dont guarantee you to win a hand! That is good against one player but against 2 or 3... I dont know math in Omaha but you will lose with AAjunkjunk against 3 player probably 80% of time. In omaha 2 pairs after flop dont worth s**t and you think that AA is nuts

Just found this thread but the other guys are definately right, a top pair like AA doesn't mean anything on omaha at least you hit the set on the flop, other than that it has no value really
Usually in omaha, on showdown you need to have at least a straight in order to have a strong hand, thats the case if the common cards does not allow a flush, in that case it's very probably that someone already has it.
I lost myself a lot of hands actually on showdown with king high flush, on 6 max tables, so it's true that omaha has total different betting paths thn no limit holdem and it takes some time to learn plo
