Bankrollmob Rakeback site's June 15k rakerace at Redstar poker has totally disappeared. It has gone as it has never been at the promotions. It was active for the very end of June. Is the site able to cancell it without any reply? Was grinding there for a while only because of this rakerace and hit a 400 dollars place ( have a screenshot of 30.06.2011 with the details). Any ideas?

I guess the best will be that you contact the support on the rakeback site and ask them what has happened with this rakeback race. email them and ask for explanation (you can als attach the screenshot). GL

i did 2 times now but no clear answears. They say 'Red Star's last promotion was a May - June 60K race.' Yes, Redstar had a 60k rakerace but it wasn't a BankrollMob promotion at all. There was a 15K rakerace at the promo site and that was the reason i started to play again at Redstar (needed low MGR to hit a good prize)- and this race is missing now.
------------ check the picture. i did the screenshot with index hmpage on the left side cause of the date. in the google search there is still info about 15k rakerace at Redstar by BRM.

That is pretty lame, I definitely don't know what's going on there but I can say in the past Bank Roll Mob has been pretty honest and prompt with my concerns. Stay on top of it, don't leave it sit for a while because things will get even harder. Also you may want to post those emails here, maybe some here will be able to give you more insight.

It seems there was a technical issue with the rake chase when our techs moved the month to July. I have alerted our techs but unfortunately this is the start of a three day weekend where they are located. It may be Tuesday before the chase archive is corrected. sorry again openening a new ticket but the answear was about some rake chases. this was a 15k rakerace at redstar in june. here are my stats of the 30th of june:
As mentioned in the previous reply there was an issue when the month changed over and the Red Star rake chase is not showing. This affects both June and July. Please be patient. Unfortunately with the weekend here it will not be resolved until the work week starts again.

Red Star's last promotion was a May - June 60K race. The current promotion is also a 60K race that runs from July -August. (1 July - 30 August). Due to the holiday weekend in the US, we have not yet updated the current promo, but this should be done within the next day.

This is some sort of miscommunication. We did not host any private affiliate rake race in June. We have one race for all Red Star Poker Players in May and June: http://www.redstarpoker.com/special/race201105
I believe all websites you’ve sent belongs to one affiliate group and that’s why all of them advertise this $15000 rake race, so they can run it on their own. In this case you have to contact your affiliate and ask regarding this matter. But I highly doubt that Affiliate will run such promotion without informing us.

Hi,
As Max stated (and we did earlier), the promo was set up incorrectly, but has been corrected. My apologies if we haven't made that clear - this was an error on our end which has since been corrected.
It was indeed set to run from 1 May - 30 June. I believe he is mistyping when he calls it a 'race', as it is a confirmed chase. This can be seen from Red Star's XML feed for that promotion, which you can see here: http://www.redstarpoker.com/special/race201105.xml As you can see there, it was certainly not the case that the 'mgrs were extremely low'. This was a mistake, not deliberate, and again, I apologize for the confusion here.

HAHA, SO IT WAS JUST A MISTAKE. AN ERROR RACE WHICH WAS RUNNING FOR A MONTH WITH DAILY UPDATE AND NO1 REALIZED IT IS JUST AN ERROR IN THE SYSTEM. WTF. I CAN NOT ACCEPT THIS ANSWEAR AT ALL.

This was NOT an answer from BRM - we don't have anyone named "Cena" working for us. If this is related to the Rakeback site, then we're outsourcing that part, but it's not really "us" handling it on a daily basis.

We did not set out to mislead anyone. It was a human error,which unfortunately occasionally happens. We certainly do not have a history of 'misleading' our players. The 15K race was run in April, and had a total of 65 places. (This is what was mistakenly carried over into June.) The last place finisher in April's race had an MGR of $523.75. I will credit $50 to your BRM account for your trouble.

How could a big affi site like BRM Rakeback promo a 'human error' race for a month? 50 dollars for my trouble?? I want my rakerace winnings (400) and i don't even care of their 'misscomunication' 'human error' and other shady things. In my pov it was a real race and I was working a lot to hit that place.

Hi again, Akakfda. I'm sorry to hear that your experiences with the Bank Roll Mob Rakeback site have started out on such an unpleasant note. The admin is right hear though. The rake back site is an entirely different ball game. All I can say is explain to them that they advertised (whether mistakenly or not) a promotion which you in good faith completed. And politely request full payment.
i just feel that the main site where Akakfda should play a part in clearing this up...be it BRM or wherever, be it human error or system error, this is the way customer service should be built on...if it exists. I mean at the end of the day, the rakeback site was indeed found here. Many things are outsourced, but the fact that you choose your partners means you should also take responsibility for whatever happens to your members.
2nd point, BRM should take this matter seriously if indeed a "Cena" who claims to be working at BRM is actually a fake...do something about it u know what i mean...
I believe in BRM....they are still one of the better affiliate sites around.

Neve got advantage of a rakeback promo. Perhaps i am still in the begining with the ways of geting profits with poker, taking in consideration the amounts of money i play, but i think i should pay more atention to this subject from now on, because i am starting to get my bankroll up in one site...

In the end, the affiliate site "holdem.ro" admitted they screw it, and as a consolation prize they send me a poker book...A 50$ book for 300$....
If anybody can give me some advice how can I get my 300$ I would appreciate it.

dont think BRM can do anything here, only ppl who can solve this are your affiliates. but as they already " compensated" you by sending a book, dont think u have much hope

Don't know if posting here helped, but I have to say that TODAY 18.10.2012 i found in my neteller wallet the 300$ for the RedStar/Cake Race for june 2011. The money came from Cake Poker.Thank you guys!
