I believe the most of times we try to get a good promo, it always takes more time to be available than we want, considering our expectation in put the hands on it. Three weeks have passed, let it make a month and then you can start questioning about it, not before, i think.

This is a bit weird actually, normally you should get an answer now from bankrollmob. I mean i hope you contacted bankrollmob and not party poker...
They have nothing to do with these bonuses offered by bankrollmob and they can't provide an answer. The best thing to do right know is to wait an answer from bankrollmob support
