I can't win anything today, making the right choices but still manage to lose all my hands where I'm in huge favourite to win. Had AA about 9 times in the last 3 hours. Managed to win 2 of them, the blinds... In SnG's it was just awefull. AA vs AJ I flop the set but AJ get runner runner Straight. Just now had AA heads up against AQ. Flop is KKx, Turn is j (at this point I got the nut flush draw) river is the ten of hearts. In cash game we get it all in preflop, AA vs AA villain gets flush. But its not only AA. Get JJ on the button make standard raise, BB flat calls and a limper calls. Flop is J73. BB bets, limper pushes all in I call ofcourse. BB turns over AA limper A7, Turn is the A. This is just getting to sick today. Gonna take a break only playing the SPF freeroll then I'm done for today this is just making me sick. feels terrible to see the % that the villain has 1% to win and 1% to draw on the flop and still manages to win.

Think that after the break, it can't get any worst. But make it a big break and clean your head, I use to watch a movie, it works for me, or a good night sleep (even better). But if you're not saying that poker's rigged, it will be a fast recover

lol I'm not saying its rigged, I've had my fair share of suckouts in my advantage . Today it just seemed a weird day, my good decisions got punished in the worst possible ways. And when I made a bad decision I managed to win most of them. But unfortunatly I made more good decisions today then bad ones for once

Welcome to the dark side of poker. Bad runs do happen from time to time. Drop down in stakes and weather the storm. If you continue to play good poker it all will change at some point.

I do recommend to you, hitting a boxing bag! you will lose a lot of energy and distress yourself! it's great!! if you don't have anything to hit (anything alive) you should try any sport (the best is sex of course) spend some energy and you will cleanup your mind!

Been there done that. I know the feeling with the freaking aces. I moslty lose with them. You should be happy that this happens to you only today. Cause for the last few months this is what happens to me always with Aces. I hope it will change cause it is very annoying

I guess all of us have these kind of s**t days from time to time. Important is not to loose to much money on these days by going on tilt. But it seems you are very clear minded by just analyzing the situation.

Your post is pretty similar with the definition of tilt actually, i recently read an article about tilt in poker and it said that si basically a time in which you always lose no matter what hand do you have...
Of course you can always lose with monster starting hands like pocket kings or pocket aces as long as you understand that they are just pairs and it kills a lot of your straight and flush possibilities
Still, i'm sure all had rough times in online poker, i think it's important for you to take a step back for couple of days and try to do something else. After that you can watch some strategy vids or articles and then hit the tables again
chin up we all have many days like this, look on the bright side it wasnt in a cash game so if your using bankroll management you will come through all this , good luck in your next session

That's funny that you bad decisions seemed to get rewarded, maybe it's opposite day. You should've started making the wrong moves and seeing wat happened. Just kidding of course. Sorry to hear you are having a crappy day. Take a good long break, I promise you'll feel better, also you know you're a good player so it'll turn around.

My first comment was observing the bad luck you were having and, after posting it, i went to some rooms and, who would say, things got bad for me too: i passed my $25 bankroll to just $17 playing $1 and $2 SnG, and only won one of $1.
