I requested a Party pokerbonus almost three weeks ago and I have still not received it. After one week of waiting I emailed them and asked why it's taking so long but they've not replied. Is there anyone else waiting for a Party pokerbonus?

Someone else had problems lately with Party pokerbonus too. Try contacting BRM support and they will let you know whats going on. Maybe you have made a mistake during sign up.

without knowing the details its a bit hard to say whats going on, still by my own experience i can tell u that ur already waiting for too long. Are u sure u completed ur registration with all the required data? something is holding u back m8. best of luck!

like doz said,live support the fix it straight away,or ring them up.i have done this before,took 2 mins.done and fixed in 2 min.they normally pretty good.

strange thing to happen, people mostly get their bonus within few days and those who dont have few problems with the account/process. nothing you can do but wait for support to answer, maybe they in the process to fix this. gl
