The ban on Poker in USA does it apply to all gambleing like Casino roulette Bingo etc or just Poker, I suppose i could just google it but I am sure your anwers will be more interesting.

I did Google it....and it´s a mess! Seems to depend on the State laws, Federal laws, and a bunch of related confusion.
They keep creating new "Bills" and changing the laws. Some Casinos are "approved" and some aren´t. But because the laws keep changing, some online Casino sites seem to be pulling back from the US market.

I dont think this is some kind of persecution to online poker or even to casino for that matter. the main issue here is that some of those sites ( and as we know now FTP was one of them) break the law to increase their profit margins. if the laws r fair or not i dont have enough knowledge of them to comment but obviously some sites comply to them and till now r up and running without major problems. Surely they make less money but at least so can you! no br freezing like that

I´m against all restriction about some countries... I´m from Brazil and the game or cassino is prhibited here, but we can play in some international online games sites.. But, we are not included on most of bonus offer :S this sucks...

1 things for sure the house prices in Vegas will be sky high...it bugs me any goverment can say what you can and cant do with your own money....its not a crime to enjoy yourself...

here in my country is not forbidden yet any casino games and still all bonus arent allowed to my country. that law about casinos online in america really sucks but there are some sites that allow usa player cause they have permissions to in any case it sucks. soon in may caountry we may not play any casino online or even any content on internet cause a new law they are trying to be aprove now that means forbidden of all internet contest. f**k politician
