Post in forum 8 points Create a new thread in forum or make a post and you get points, but not if the post is too short (don't spam!!) Post in Off-Topic forum 3 points Create a new thread in Off-Topic forum or make a post and you get points, but not if the post is too short. (don't spam!!)
But in one topic was written that your post must be minimum 100 symbols. Sorry but i can`t find the post.

Posted by Administrator: 100 characters are required before mob points are awarded. This thread you created here, your post is "84 chars" long, so no points awarded for that.
We might change the number from 100 to 75 chars needed or something, when we evaluate later.
Here is one post from the Administrator. Look what he means.

I didnt realise that you had to have a minimun of 100 characters in your post before you was awarded points for it. I just thought that everytime you posted or started a new thread you just recieved 8 points. I guess its a good thing that i tender to blabber on a little huh lol

The 100 character minimum was implemented due to the fact that some members were abusing the point system by just posting short answers like "Good Job!", "LOL", etc...
The main idea behind this was to promote the use of more words to create better quality posts. We all know that quantity does not mean quality, but a well structured and detailed post most of the times does have more than 100 characters, thats is, 2 lines.

I think You asked this kind ofquestion becouse wanted to earn some more points . Sodon't think that getting 5000 points is very easy if it was so I think there would be only answers with 10 or less chars... If You want to earn points try to get people to sign up from Your refferal link!

yeah this is a great rule, keeps posting TRUE, and keeps out the phoney post. While quantity might not mean quality, it still translates to an overall better post, for the most part.

How about this: Instead of having a fixed 100 char limit before points are awarded, then a random number between 50 and 1000 will be generated - and if you're lucky, you get points, and if you're unlucky, you don't
