F1 is now going to be shared by BBC1 and Sky sports which is some ways is good at least sky can't charge a pay per view charge like the do on some sports occasions.
Very very annoying in my view given how much profit they make and charge for their service. ToX

Great, now I will get to see half the races... All races, qualifying and practice sessions live on Sky Sports.
Half the races and qualifying sessions remain live on BBC TV. Now that's great sharing! Sky Sports slowly takes every sport, great for those who love all sports, they do add value and is worth the £ if you like lots of sport, but if like me your mainly in to motor racing and boxing then its a rip off. No doubt BBC will fill the void with re-runs of diagnose murder or some crap.

As far as i can tell they will get to share coverage the general conception from the public right now does not seem to be good. Some are saying we shoujld not have to pay Murdock to watch F1 and those withough sky will be denied the chance to watch F1.
On a personal level i dont really like the idea that murdock gets more power
