Irony is you live in Netherlands. Why dont you pay a visit to some of them coffeshopes, enjoy yourself and go play some poker. And compare it with playing poker while you are dead drunk. I can see the difference in both playstyle and bankroll. Can you?

Playing drunken poker? Can't go wrong there. Playing drunken poker is about as good an idea as drunk texting ex-girlfriends for "booty calls" or sobbing confessions lol.

Haha true.. Don't level yourself too often when you're drinking..

Personally, I find being drunk gives me the right amount of aggression playing tournaments, I generally do alright, because its hard to be too aggressive playing MTT.

However, when I play cash (very) drunk I tend to drop buyins at a steady rate, cash games really need a bit more patience and you need to be able to read an opponents hand a lot better, since stacks are generally much deeper than MTT.. Late stages MTT, there's really not a lot to it and most of the post-flop play is on the flop anyway. I find I generally lose a lot of money on the river if I'm drunk playing cash, always think I am being bluffed and I'll call off like 100bb on TPTK on the river lol.

Vodka and ice will ruin your kidneys. Rum and ice will ruin your liver. Whiskey and ice will ruin your heart. Gin and ice will ruin your brain. Coke and ice will ruin your teeth. Apparently ice is lethal!!!
