Just passed my eyes on this and decided to share:

Full Tilt Poker pays debt to the AGCC
When the Alderney Gambling Control Commission (AGCC) has postponed its decision on the license of Full Tilt was expected a reaction from the room. And not long in coming.
The latest information we have about the situation concerning the settlement of debts of the room with the AGCC. Looks like the room paid about £250,000 tax to SCFA, which means that their gaming license is still valid even if the activity may not recover.
It is likely that the next day is known that a new date for the SCFA and Full Tilt Poker to get together, and the site of the regulatory authority could be read as follows:
"The recent payment of taxes by the Full Tilt is of vital interest to the players as it allows the negotiations to reach a peace agreement is reached and a financing agreement. Thus it is possible that more details will be announced on the date and place exact next hearing. "
At this point, nothing is known about European investors reportedly interested in buying the room.

Even if FTP will be back they will lose a lot of players. And I mean HUGE amount. Also I think that the room will change, I don't think that some fish or "sunday player" will deposit knowing what happened with Full Tilt lately. They won't be number two and it will take long, long time until they can be 2nd best room again. I think that if FTP would be back right now they would be way behind iPoker, Party and perhaps few other sites.

They would have to earn money to cover loses from the time they were off and also do some promotions to bring players back. It would be very hard to do both these things at the same time, so FTP imo will be back, but also will have a lot of very hard work to do if they want to be back in the top.

I think if even FT loses half of its players will be way ahead of many poker rooms and networks too.
At this point iPoker network has around 10k players which is a small number comparing to what FT had even on hours with lowest traffic.
Of course the loss might be bigger than 50% but even so FT at good times was hitting 70k players.
So if they drop as you say below iPoker with the money they owe to the players they might as well
declare bankruptcy cause they arent going anywhere like that Smile
Lets all hope that wont happen Smile

It was clear this would happen, the latest news actually is that they decided to close all the contracts with their stuff from United States, it's not official yet, but many say that.

It was clear that full tilt poker will become a european site so they don't need any more us workers...
