Hey, did anyone played this today, since it crashed for me i have no clue what now...??? It was going on break, waiting for all table to finish, and after about 50 min it was just connection lost and the tourney is gone, i mean, it cant be found anymore, like it never started......???? Really weird...

I was playing in that tourney too when it crashed. I contacted customer support, and the guy told me they would be dispensing the prize pool amongst the remaining players. I have an audio recording of our entire conversation so if they refuse to honor what he said, holy f**k am I going to post the s**t out of that recording for people to listen.
I am so sincerely SICK of party pokers bulls**t. Add this to the fact that for the last week, money has gone missing from my account on 5 seperate occasions and they refuse to do anything about it despite me sending them screen shots of my cashier page and my HEM session page showing my wins for that day.
And no, no-one else plays my account. They checked the IP log and mine is the address that plays. In addition, my password is alpha-numeric-symbol so there's absolutely NO way someone hacked me. And no, I do NOT leave my account open for my gf/3 yeard old to access. Period. Ever.
I know I sound like a rigtard, but I will happily post physical proof that this has been happening.
If they don't do anything about these issues by monday, I will be putting up a youtube video and posting links to in it every single forum I can find.
This is the kind of crap that is giving online poker a bad name.

I see that they have rescheduled the Bankroll boost freeroll of 5k in Party Poker for the 21st of August, so dont forget to sign up again if you took part in it. Better luck this time

As far as I understand, this is a new promotion and this tourney will be weekly. But you have to qualify for it each time you want to participate. Correct me if I am wrong.

I contacted chat support after sitting there for 30 min. they said they were "working" on it. I told them: "Might be a good idea to send a "chat" message in the Tournament, so people know what´s going on." They replied: "good idea, we´ll keep it in mind"....

EVERY majot Poker site does that when there are problems, but for Party this seems too obvious a solution. I really love it that they didn´t tell anaybody anything. My ticket now says "in use" in my freeroll account activity. but I can use it, am not registered for the next one...etc etc Didn´t get any cash for the chips I collected during the thing either. unbelievable really.... ´ I´ll wait until tomorrow and ask either my ticket back or where is the cash?

Wow, you actually got through to chat support? One day, I left it open literally ALL day and was stuck at 1 in queue.
Anyways, a bump and an update here. Got this e-mail today:
Dear sevendooce79, Due to unforeseen circumstances we were forced to cancel tournament "$5,000 Bankroll Booster". We apologize for the inconvenience caused due to the cancellation of the tournament.
At the time of cancellation, players were awarded prize money corresponding to the rank to be awarded to the next eliminated player. Following this 50% of the remaining prize pool has been divided equally and 50% has been divided based on the chip count of each remaining player.
$ 0.64 USD have been added into your account as per the following statement:
I edited out the bulk of it to make it easy to read. I for one am satisfied completely in how they resolved this. Did anyone else get this mail?

Ok, i was in there too. Afterwards i could sign up for the 21st and later i got an e-mail saying they are sorry blablabla, you got 54 ct. Ok sh!t like that happens, but i noticed it's happening a lot on partjoker. 2 times with the 250 freeroll after the bankrollboosterblackout, as far as i know... Didn't really like yhe PP software from the beginning, not only cause i think it's 'alternated' but also because sometimes i can't open the mainlobby, sometimes same prob with the tourneylobby! It's either the 1 or the other i can't open the way it should... There are many roads to Rome so opening it i will, but annoying it is! Just like it's, hmmm maybe annoying is not the right word here, but after resizing my table to a for me optimal fitting, a table resets to full size after being re-seated! I get so fckin tired of this, what i think is, a major software shortcoming. Do they even have a techteam?????

Yeah I have that problem with the software too. If I have tables open and I click on the lobby, it won't open. Try right-clicking on it and select restore. That brings it up for me.
On another note, has anyone actually recieved the payout for the cancelled BRB freeroll? I haven't noticed it deposited in my account yet. Checked my transaction history and it's not in their either.

Yup, I just checked now and I was able to register. Hopefully this won't end up with me planning my day around the tourney only to have it cancelled, like I did last weekend.
Can someone check their tramsaction history and show if the refund came through or not? Mine still shows nothing and all I've gotten was the form letter they sent out. Not that it's gunna make or break me if I get it or not, but hell I wantz my .64 dang cents damnit lol.
