Definately cash games. Freerolls take too long for too little, unless they are those monthly player points freerolls which can go up to $50K in some poker rooms, being easily reached on the player point scheme.

I do play a few select freerolls each week that I enjoy. I mostly play real money tournaments and sit n gos. I have lately been playing more and more cash games, trying to improve on it.
