Some times there are delays for many reasons. But at the end if you are eligible and you did everything by the book you will get the bonus.Just wait a couple more days and then contact BRM support by email gl with it

Please be aware that if you are now requesting the bankroll it will take until Sunday the 2nd of October to be credited to your account. After Sunday, bankrolls should be credited within a 24 to 72 hours timeframe. Everyone WILL receive their bankroll if they have gone through the steps correctly and comply with the rules of the promotion. We are terribly sorry about this delay, but it will be worth the wait

Unfortunately my country is not eligible for the no deposit offer, it's eligible just for the bonus offer but from experience i can tell you mansion poker is probably one of th best rated poker platforms around
If we speak about a no deposit bonus(free money) it's obvious that certain security checks must be made...
Have patience, i'm sure you'll finally get the bonus
