Good news, i guess but until the US gouvernament will make a law for the online gamling activities your money are vulnerable as they were on ull tilt or pokerstars...
Still, if you are ale to play right now, do it, and if you make profit make sure to withdraw as long as you can

Looks like really good news for US players. Would love to see more US players here and at the tables. Maybe BRM can agree a nice deal with a merge skin...

Got a mail as well from one of the affiliates.
Just watch out if you are living in the following States:
"The folllowing States will be excluded from signing up at Carbon Poker and Black Chip Poker: Maryland, Washington, Missouri, Louisiana, New York, Washington DC and Kentucky."
This is the text at the bottom of the mail I got. I´m assuming this is the same for the whole Merge network.

Bodog is shuting down? Still havent heard about it... I had a bonus there that i blow but after one month i went there and there were a few more cents enough to play a game and i manage to win 1st, 2nd and 3rd, and then blew it all again, but from then on, monthly i used to have something enough to go to a game. That means this one day/month fun will end? Oh brother...

Yeah - what happened was they stopped accepting US players, but they didn't boot off the existing ones.. But now they're accepting new players again from the US.

That means that it will be safe for the US players to start signing up again? Cause i think there are some things need clarification with USA and the future of online poker.

Findινγ it pointless then investing money to something like that. And i mean for a serious player not a recreational one, depositing couple of $ to have some fun. While its not safe for any of us (any site can shut down at any moment) the americans have one more reason to worry about. Unless using instant cash outs to secure your money after play dont think it worth it.
