dont think they decide who can get free money on poker sites. and if theres that many "good" players why dont they deposit 10$-20$ considering there that "good" they should be able to turn a profit

They are available for Romania.
But also I would just like to tell you that Bankrollmob.com is not the one deciding which country's are restricted. The pokerrooms that bankrollmob is affliated with decides which country they want to grant the bonus and which one they do not.

Only poker sites can decide to which country they want to give the bonus, unfortunately for you it seems like Romania isn't a profitable enough country so it will be hard to make some more bonuses available to Romanian^^
