ALL the email addresses on their website work for me, have emailed many times and had replies. Also, some players have already cashed out to moneybookers with no problem.
I do not understand how you can not email them, that is very strange.

Id like to do that, allthough i dont belive you have money on Stars when i read your 2 threads about giving some cents to you, and those are your only post before this. So if you like to do that you would have to send me money first on Stars. I have 139 euro's on highpulse.

pls no one should send nichlasl anything he is just a big scammer i know from another site he have scammet many person for stars $
so if u send him anything you will loose your money
@Rivelinho i know some guys that have the same problem as you had but they tryed later and then they was abel to cash out and also know some person that have got there money from highpulse so it is not a scam site

Hi Rivelinho.
Have problems with cashouts is a normal thing in new sites. Before burn the site keep trying contact to support, for some days. If don´t work contact with the the company that gives them license to operate (like AGCC, etc..). If don´t work.. well maybe is time to burn the site.

riven try emailing them from a different email address, or maybe try copy + pasting their email in your sent to part, just some suggestions u could maybe have it typed wrong
i have received today my 110 Euro winnings on my Moneybooker account !!!
i will stay with the rest of my original deposit of 30 euro) . lets have a look how HP works for a longer period, bc in the meantime much much players have exactly the same probs i had...
bt it was an good end for me now, esspecially thanks to you cjvfruity !
may be we all should have a little bit more patience and trust , bt it started really worst and HP have to work hard to optimimize their service (very very slow and only mail, no live chat etc....) and they have to resolve the cashout problems and make better the transaction procedure...
