Good advise for UK player. How many no deposit bonus you got Nightmare ? how many site ? Did you lost it all ? Play at freeroll just for fun and serious at your lucky day

I have only had one no deposit bounus at Partypoker(25 ). I build that up to about 160 playing tourneys. Finshed 1st in a plo mtt(93 players) for a cash of 134 and got a little too excited and thought 1st in mtt, cash games can't be that hard. I started playing cash games( pot limit omaha 25nl). I think you can guess what happend next yep you already know. LOST IT ALL within couple of reloads. SICK

Thats one of the reason i quit playing on party poker, pot lmit omaha is also my A game but it's impossible to play cash games since the lowest limit is PL 25...
My advice would be to get other ndb too and check out other poker platforms too
