Please post everything High Pulse Poker related in here. There is no need to open 10 threads per day saying how rigged it is,how shitty their cashout speed is,and so on. It can all be kept in 1 thread as well,no need to pull an attention whore by opening new threads.

Any word on whats going to happen about the screwup today. I for one am not very happy with my freezeout out in the # 5 freeroll for 2000 Euros being about 14 place and 35000 chips

Good idea to put it all in one chest. Hiere we go: I am facing download problems with the latest update. It stalls at 49% and giving me numerous data package errors. I tried it at different system configurations and donwload setups, but the errors are still there. Also I reinstalled a fresh webloaded version and cleaned up registry - all with the same failure result because the webversion also tries to update itself.
I wrote to support but got no answer. Anybody got a clue how this could be solved?

I kinda like them too, really wish they'd hurry it up and get it sorted. Although on the other hand, the low traffic does make the tournaments easier to place in. which is always nice for me.
I'm curious how they'll resolve today's issues, no worries though, they've been good about things to date. Here's there response to my inquiry about it:

Lol, I've been noticing that lately. A 300 just ran that was actually only a 100 prize pool. And the entrants actually forced the prize pool higher, so no overlay!
It got me wondering if one of my other tournaments yesterday paid out correctly. If you email them in regards to this let us know what they say.

Pretty sure it wont stay there yesterday it already had 33 players I believe,then the lobby got reset so the tourney was re-posted I think..once people notice they will re-register

I was same. Had 29k having bust the players on my table. Thought it was odd that the tables were not being balanced after eliminations. I stayed logged in until end of Match of the Day and it was still down.

That´s what they answered to me regarding the crippled Rake and Affiliates Payout:

Hey, for those that got frozen on in yesterdays 2000EURO RML freeroll#5, the tourney is now back in the lobby with a start time of 17:00 (GMT). I can only assume this is the re-run of yesterdays problematic tourney despite now players showing as registered just yet.
I think I'm finished with this site..... for a while anyways... just too many probs at the minute... I cant stay xonnected to it for more than 5-6 mins.... I got no probs with any other site....
Just not woth the effort.
I wish them luck, but certainly won't be depositing wile all this sh*** is goin down

These guys are absolute retards. They have now re-scheduled the re-run of 2000Euro RML#5 from today at 5pm, to tomorrow at 5pm, 30 mins before I finish work, and 50 mins before I arrive at home. At this point with their rapid turbo blind structure, Il have been blinded out. What is wrong with these people? Cant believe I have even given them my time never mind those who have deposited money.

Still cannot load the last update 2/2. Now it holds at 36% giving me 86 CRC-Errors. I reinstalled my whole system (took me 8 Hours!) to be sure the failure isnt at my side. And customer support doesnt answer my query. Now I suppose the BRM Tourney is done for me, good luck to all others. What a b******t.

MOTD ! man city look better every week dont they lol , i need them in top 3 at end of season to bag 300 off bets with my mates .............. as for tourneys messing up i emailed them a list of all i was in this morning and they re funded my buy ins this afternoon as for freerolls i dont think they will do anything , at best they might re list them but cant see them paying anything out for them after all they were freerolls .......sucks i know but such is life i guess
