Poker regulation- part two  +1
for past months - apparently US are inching closer towards regulation ( yeah same story every week)

-many major companies have started preparations to enter/re-enter US market when its legal
-Nevada gaming council are trying to put online sites, where only people from their state can play.
-Native indian tribes want share of poker site's profits if poker gets regulated in US

but what impact will it have on players from other countries?

if they make sites pay extra taxes, this will mean increased rake/bad promotions etc, maybe it would be better if they segregate US market.

but if US decide to hav their own networks, then will european countries follow the same(like france and now spain) and instead of 1 big network ppl will be playing in small networks of their countries/group of countries?

The future of online poker will have two outcomes.
Either it will get better than it is now, something that i seriously doubt, or it
will get much much worst than it is now.
The second scenario means of course as Noob mentioned less profit by all means (rake, bonuses etc)
The poker networks give less and less as the time goes by.
Just a simple example is ipoker going from dealt to contributed rake and even uncapping the micro
limits.
And i believe more will folow.
