I appreciate how you feel. However, HP is a new site and innevitably there were going to be problems. Maybe we should all be patient and give them a chance to sort it out. It cant be easy!!!!!!!

I have been in 2 tournaments both costing 5.50 euros, midway through it just vanishes, so thats 11 euro down the drain, the support replied to my email pretty swiftly saying if i cannot provide tourney ID theres nothing that can be done. Problem there is the 2 tourneys have completely vanished from everything damn frustrating site

i have to agree if the site isnt ready for traffic then dont send the trafic it not fair or right at all and no amount of pleading to bear with them cos they are new etc is acceptable they are suppsed to provide and if they are not equipt to provide close the dam site until you are your giving your punters no confidence at all in you ii would say its a joke but its far from funny

I've hardly had any problems whatsoever, and when I have they have been sorted within a couple of days.. be patient, afterall it's a new site. and I'm pretty sure most sites had problems as such in their early days.

I was quite frustrated with them too for the first few days of live play. Was kicked out of tourneys left, right and center. However, I was given a little credit and an apology. I guess it depends on who you get through to.
I must say I think the layout is the way forward - clean and simple - I can follow games easily not like with PS or CP.
Hope you get a refund man. And be cool - they are kinda new but that excuse wont dig it much longer.
