Just write your Mob username. We handle those claims manually after the promotion ends. It was a last-minute addition so unfortunately the claim-page is not fully optimized to handling a prize like this where no account is actually present.
PokerOffice is a good software, I used for a year. I liked the reports and its API is written in Java so you can customize your statistics. Congratulations!
