Posted by GeneYuss: What qualifies as "trustworthy"?
Of course my answer has no solid foundations, but I suspect that the ID picture maybe didn´t seem authentic or they somehow believe that someone is trying to take advantage of the verification system. Actually I have no idea. Good question.

And the thing I don`t get, if the user looks untrustworthy why not deny them or make them upload a new photo or make them fix what looks untrustworthy.

I understand your point, but we will never know unless someone from BRM explains it to us. The logic answer would be that they are probably NOT 100% sure it is a scam or not, so they give minimum points for the effort but deny anything larger to prevent fraud. Of course I am speculating, but would sure be nice to get some feedback about this.

fodz is about right. Sometimes they are asked to upload new/valid/better ID - or take a picture of their ID while holding it up to their face. But sometimes it's simply not worth the effort so they are approved on level #4. Can't get any poker no deposit bonuses, but can use the casino and poker deposit bonuses.

Probably, got some crazy signups too. One #3 with no points, maybe because country is not listed and one at #2 with only 175 points, anyways its better than nothing.
