I had requested a 40 usd cashout, they ask for My ID and Ihad already sent it, they emailed me and says the verification is a success, but until now I dont get my cashout. is this normal the site process it this long.

Usually, the first cashout in a site is the one who makes you wait. The best thing you can do is contact with support.

Don't forget, some ways are longer than others (e-wallets vs bank transfer or checks).
