Actually (35 000 : 5) / 7 (since you get 7 draws)
So chances of you winning around 1000:1, not 7000:1
I have been thinking of the draw, and think there could be error in the maths, not really a problem...but here is why. 17500 entries....meaning 3 prizes....the math we do is against 15000, now second problem...2500 roll over, whos are these tickets?, assuming its the last people to buy, then if last person buys 5k, then he gets 2500 over 150000 but the next draw could only have 1 prize, or 10...so, yer LOL..random thought of the day. Also rake, 1 prize of 5k means there are 5500 entries.
