Congraz! 1 of 3474 is an incredible archivement! But ... it's a pity it was only a $200 freeroll. How much money did you win? How many hours does it takes? You should analyze if $/h worths it.

I won 18$ cash + $33 satellite to aussie millions. I appreciate what everyone is saying about viability of playing play money or freerolls but it must be said im usually multitabling every game under $3.30 during my sessions. well no rebuys and i really look for deepstack tourneys but rest assured i didnt log in to play a freeroll and nothing else.
you must admit though, if you're like me you would never play a $33dollar tourny but now i have to and i must say im excited. The whole point of my process isnt to make large leaps and bounds but maintain as high a level of play as possible and by even considering freerolls real poker it has helped my game. i repeat there is many useful things one can learn in play money or freerolls. least of which is how to dodge bad players.
I encourage everyone here to forget stakes and play the game as best you can. heres the steps ive taken and the games i played to get my roll from $0 to $153.75 in 5 or so days.

Well done Finishing first in a tourney with so many players is something you can brag Even if its a freeroll. Good luck with your ticket. I hope you can finish first again.

I believe I was playing in the same game of OMAHA myself, but didn't fare as well. I still enjoyed playing since this was the first i've played any electronic poker in about 4 months. What makes it even better is to read about a fellow Mobster winning first place out of more then 3,000 players. Good Luck to you all!

Posted by Serpang: Congrats, It's second time this week I saw you at final table ( excluded you blog if any ). Really consistent/stable .
Thx Serpang! Ive enjoyed some great luck. I can't stress how much easier it is to play when the stakes are not a big concern. I can play how i want and also make calls i may not if i was worried about the stakes.

I play on Hero Poker. Allegedly its part of the merge network. i dont know many of the affiliates but some of the people im playing against say they are playing sportsbook. first place was 18$ cash and a $33 ticket to aussie million satellite.
