if you go into your Mob account you will see 'Bonus Requests' Maybe there is more info there, If not can you be sure you used the promo code? I've never had a problem woith any BRM offers..

That would be my guess too. Busy time of year for everyone, holidays and such.
Check your "status" under bonus requests like wiggggy says. Will take longer than usual this time of year.
