i am nearly at 5000 mob points and and trying to choose a poker site to cash them out to.
Firstly kickoffpoker i have played there before with my free 10 from BRM and was wondering if i get my $50 there do they accept moneybookers cashout, and will there be any restrictions for me to cash out rakedhands ect??

There was a kickoffpoker bonus once, 500 bonuses in total I think (can't remember how much it was, maybe €20), so it will probably not come again.

But can i use it for cashout allthough its not downloaded about BRM? I registered too late at BRM, had no chance to take the offer, and the things i heard about Moneybookers, make we want to cash it out directly to a pokerclient

You can cash out to kickPoker cause the option is already listed. That's what I'm assuming. And admin said you can withdrawal to MBs from kickPoker without depositing.
