some serious goals for negreanu over here: to be realistic i believe he has set up by far to many goals which are to hard to attain- naturally he will fail at one of them and that will make him feel bad about the ones who are left. of course good luck with the goals, but really he should enjoy his life more imo- not be so tough on himself, it's poker afterall and luck plays too big part in poker, so to set goals as he did would be a very normal thing in pro sport, business etc. but i doubt about them in poker

some pretty good goals.think i could do with some of the same goals...dont think i need to worry bout tittles in the poker magazines though..lol. but hopefully he should meet most of his targets and its good to see some one setting such great targets

Will he become abstemic? Someone like Negreanu must play tourneys almost every day. Considering he only plays one every two days, he cant drink in the same. But the hardest rule to follow will be the last one, to “follow my personal tournament rules religiously”. If he does that, he will be putting himself in check because other players can consider it will be easier to play against him. Of course this can mean “keep game caothic” and this way it will not be that easy to play against him.

i think only 40 % off this his seriuos plans he will do and 60 % will run with him into the year 2013 anyway good luck for him his really show his strong form every day

I agree there are a lot of goals on Negreanu's list, but by accomplishing goals !,3 or / and 4 it will help achieve some of the others like becoming 11th and 34th on WSOP Cash / Money lists. The easiest one to accomplish is #10 since it is about self control. I say good luck to him and everyone in achieving their resolutions for 2012.
