You better notify them after you have checked with your credit card to see if it was their mistake cause if you like to continue playing there that might cause you problems. And you also have 700 euro still in so if they found out about it they will take it of your balance

the way i see it is when they discover the loss in their accounts they will track you down and just take the money from your account and you cant very well complain to them,so its best to notify them unfortunally

I had similar issue in my bank some time ago. Some company put money on my account by mistake. They found out about it but my bank informed me and asked me do i want to give money back to its original holder. I payed them back but i didnt have to do it. If its not banks mistake bank cant take money away from your account. It was just my good will that they got their money back. At least that's how it went in my situation. You also have money on their site so maybe they can take it from that account. But i would still inform them about it since most likely some poor guy working there willl have to pay it of his salary.
shortly: a man recieved to much money (85.000€ instead of 400€ from the tax office, said nothing and now, 8 years later, the limitation period is over and he can keep the money.

In my whole life honesty has been the only way. Talking in general This is what I have been taught and this is what I am teaching to my kid. I have always felt comfortable with this behaviour (sleeping like a baby during night and walking head-on during the day) and it paid me back either in jobs and relationships. I am disappointed when I see dishonest people having some kind of success (for example in business or in politic and so on) and being appreciated for their success without care on how they reached it. Something also disappointing me is when I have to read on newspaper some kind of honest action cause it should be the rule and not something deserving to be written on newspaper. ... it's a long speech...
Anyway get back to the original matter
Honesty it's also a condemnation: I am not able to get far from it. Writing this thread was only hoping for the most of you to persuade me to get the money with post like: "what the f**k are you wondering at" or " what an italian p***y if it was me...." and so on
Even if Supernoob and Pjot made me think ... I am going to notify the pokerroom but only after having checked the thing with credit card society
I'd wait for about 2 weeks before I cosider calling that double deposit mine. In the meantime, ignorance is bliss. If u spend it right away and they come calling for it, they will expect u to repay it promptly, while if u sit on it, and they take it no harm no foul.

Keep the money, withdraw the rest of your funds and gtfo. It's their own fault for sending too much, and since it's a prepaid card, it's not even like they can reverse the transaction or put a debt on it. Even if they did, it's a prepaid card so you can just chuck it out.
If you asked me this same question a year ago, I probably woulda said give it back, but screw it. The system has been screwing us over, it's time to screw back.

I agree. IMO you have to stay true to yourself and your core set of values, and if they can be bought it doesn't say much for that person. Honesty and integrity does get rewarded, and is a reward in itself.
You should definitely consider leaving the site either way. If they are this careless with their money, they probably won't be that careful with your money either.
Personally I would alert them, but let them know I do not appreciate the mistake, and want to close the account.

I think you should warn the poker room of that mistake, to see if it was their problem. As you say, I also believe it was. Never the less, first you must confirm if you haven’t made two withdrawals at the same time. Check your poker account to see what movements are registered there. If they say it wasn’t their problem, then you have nothing to worry about. The bank checks their movements daily so, if the problem was from the bank, they will contact you faster than you imagine. If it happens that it was a problem of the bank but they didn’t told you anything, then you can consider yourself a lucky guy! If you keep that money but you don’t feel good enough with yourself for knowing it didn’t belong to you, you can always think about doing a private tourney with the mobsters with that money has prize and you play too, so the one who wins it has a reason for having it: it can always happen that you win this tourney and this way you will feel much more relief!

This is something to think about

Already checked: only one movement (the one I asked for) in pokerroom account. And the fact the two movements in credit card account are completely twins (same hour minute and second as well) makes me think it's not a human mistake but a software one.

Good idea but:
1) I can't arrange a tournament on a dotcom pokerroom because of italian laws about gambling 2) even if I could, I will easily win it so don't want to waste your time

well thats a good one but i would not put 600 back because he still had 700 on that account i would whitdraw that 7OO and look if i get another 1400 on my prepaid card and what can they do i dont no maybe they have a contract whit the prepaidcard company if something go's wrong that the return the money and you get -debet (red) the worst maybe can happen is that you cant play at that site anymore i dont no if its youre favorite poker site i would say keep the money and just wait if you hear something from the pokersite if they dont miss it- you dont have a deposit bonus but a whitdraw BONUS
( but anyway i think you are just making fun and its a good joke )
