At NL50 I think you should play correct/ABC-poker to win. So I raise it 4BB and I'll add 1 BB per limper behind me, if it is raised to 4BB before me I raise it up 4 times initial raise to 16BB. Bet pot on flop and take it from there Cool

Go allin or dont play them, thats the best thing to do.
I also tend to lose AA most of the times but thats only in youre head.
Try to remember all the times that they didt win. and im pretty shure that it would be more often then losing AA.

Don't have winner hand before the river (except if you had the best possible hand in the flop, or, turn...)... Only raise or bet great values if you have certain of your hand! bad beats exist, and, don't have place to scape of there!

Just make a standard raise for the table. Sometimes the standard raise can me 5 times big blind. I don't like playing win small lose big situations.

Depends on players. If you have tight players on table and 3 or 4 limpers in the hand most likely you will not hit the flop so try to take it preflop or at least narrow the field to one player so you can bet him out on flop if flop is not full of pictures.
If the players are loose i would rather play them slow, because whatever you do they will want to see the flop and if they hit youre in big trouble because they will call allin with flush or straight draw or even a pair.
Everything depends on type of the players at the tables.

I totally agree, every time i raise with AA there is a donk that call with K9 and hit a 2 pairs on the flop, so allin directly and play e pray!

Hehe thats true pispola but you want to get paid for ur Aces but if i think about it more it's better to go all in if i get a call i get a call. If not well you maby saved your money/chips. I need to think so Smile

Depends. I usually do a normal raise for the position and then look at the flop. folded a few times to very scary flops but usually potsizebet on the flop works. if someone pushes in front of me i call, its clearly the best starting hand and youre gonna win longterm.

When playing HU AA will win 75% of the times. So If you are sitting at a shortring 6 handed you have to play your hand like it is....most people feel invisble when they get AA and will slow play them like they got the nuts even though they actually got the smallest made hand in poker.....1 pair. Unless your opponent also has a pocket pair his hand have more ways to develop than yours(AA only has the other 2 A's and a 4 card board for str8). So you have to protect that 1 pair by getting most people out with a hard bet preflop. Follow up on the flop with a heavy bet that allmost clearly says you got high pockets but be aware of the draws and especially smaller pockets that hit set are dangerous but with time they become easy to spot when you now your opponent limp-calls small pockets and then goes crazy on a low board it's pretty 2+2 if you know what I meen Smile

i allways play Aces extremely aggressive because i dont want to give any free cards to opponent because i am not going to fold Aces ever in any streett so AGGRESSIVE

It just depends my position, opponents and how many limpers are in pot.

tormulainen, that is a horrible attitude.

"because i am not going to fold Aces ever in any street"

you call yourself "AGGRESSIVE".... I call you "STUPID"

pocket aces are the best STARTING HAND in poker. STARTING being the key word.

as soon as the flop hits, they lose their credibility. bc it's no longer a starting hand. it's a community hand.

can't always trust AA.
