Hi...

I am pretty curious... Is Bankrollmob for real???

I have know earn 6000 points... 3-4 days ago I made my first withdraw ( used my first 5000 point on a withdraw to Kickoffpoker. ( = 50$)

The Danish site ( which I have registred to), states that every day, there is made transfer to poker account.. But Stil no money on my account...!
So do they come? do I just need to stay stedy, or???!!

I have also in 2 acations send questions, using the "contakt us" form on the danish site... first at 22. marts ( ticket code LTK1530344061) and secound at 27. marts ( ticket code LTK1530386904X.)

Both times you state that "You can expect to receive a response from us within one business day. " I have still nothing heart!!!!!!!!!

If you want to be a trustfull and respected website.... These thing should not happen..!


So please tell me.. are you for real? Or just a joker firm???

dude, i just think that BRM is too busy right now. it would be best to use the online chat to talk to them or use the forums. don't worry as this is for real, i have made a cashout however, my other cashouts are still pending as they have problems with moneybookers.

Haha it's a joker firm and they got you Big Smile nah just kidding I've experienced no response to both e-mails and messages from their own system. They are pretty slow in aswering concerns but don't worry they wont cheat you. The site is for real and the admin is your best chance of getting an answer. So push report button and admin will notice it first time he's online.

He already noticed it... . but he's sick at the moment, so cannot do anything but to send an email to the people involved and ask for an update.

Cashed out through FTP. Took less than 10 minutes. Shock

As for your emails, one of our support guys believes that either you or somebody similar (name/question) was on the LiveChat as well about that time period, so the question was answered there. Of course they don't know for certain, but will make sure to check better in the future to avoid those mails not getting a reply.

But - it's a huge problem when people send us an email and then decides to go to livechat just a few hours later, or they write here in the forum as well. They are address 2 or 3 different teams/people of supportcrew. So it's important to stick to one method, and the best is usually send an e-mail and wait for a proper reply.
