I recently got a nice Deposit Bonus offer through Poker Strategy for Ladbrokes. So on Monday Morning i logged on and was very dissapointed to find no low stake MTTs until mid/late afternoon. Needing my fix for Mtts i logged on to 888Poker only to find zero bankroll mmmm! dont remember using all that, anyway i decided to deposit a mere $6.
I played cash for 40 mins and came off with $12.86 entered a $1.30 400GTD was in the money with only about 26 left and a problem led to the mtt being cancelled. So they divided the prize pool between everyone left. $28 ish
So i entered another 400gtd for $2.50 and cashed in 3rd for $69.87
Then yesterday i entered the same 400gtd for $2.50 and cashed in 2nd for $119.98
not a bad couple of days just to get my fix of mtt poker.

Nice play !
So in fact if i consider your results on the other MTT's you were unlucky that the $1.30 400GTD MTT was cancelled. You could have earned some more money !
How many players registered for those tournements ? You said you played cash for 40 minutes, at wich level (NL ?)

Lol, in a way it was a godsend it was cancelled as i had just lost most of my stack in a pot were the villan pushed on the flop when im holding the nut straight only to get outdrawn on the river to the higher straight.
I think about 380 players, i always register late about 30 mins i find this quite profitable as at least a quarter of the field has been eliminated.

After reading this excellent news from you, I only have an advice: keep fixed on MTT, don’t worry about anything else, you rule in that field. Better I take note from your nick to be careful if someday I find you sit next to me at one of these tourneys. Congrats!

That was a very nice result, well done. If you can keep it up that way you can get a very nice income With 100$ profit every day, many would have quit their day jobs. gl in the future.

well, even if I was making $1000 every day on poker, I wouldn't quit my day job, I would get way to restless and I would eventually just piss my whole family off and besides, I like my job
Posted by mikelaw47: $5 Is the min deposit @ 888Poker and Sky Poker is 5 min as well
Yeah, some sites with some online payment methods it is possible to deposit $5 into your account... I have also seen online casinos where the min was $1 lol can't remember which sites but they are not many... if not that's a very nice run, keep it up but don't forget to stick to the BR management thing gl

There are many people that are lucky enough to do the job they like, and i know a few that they wouldnt change it for anything else. But the majority i think does a job they dislike

for sure...I do one of the worst jobs. I aim to get the f**k out of it asap.
If i could make $100 p/d day I'd quit right this second.
