So for the past 4 or 5 years i have been a regular player on UB both depsoiting and withdrawing numerous amounts throughout that period with no problems at all. Now today i go to deposit after not playing there for around a month and they tell me i have security issues and annot deposit or play till this is sorted? what a joke i find this to be ... i mean if i had asecurity issue then wh not email me or let me know about it? or why after all this time do i have an issue anyways.. there customer support stinks and im not very happy about it lol just wanted to share!

UB is a joke and so is their front figure Phil Hellmuth. UB support stinks, when you write to them by email they will answer 2-3 days later I've tried it a couple of times. Im not playing there anymore. Hope you will get things sorted out.

thats exactly what i have done... i just found it extremly strange that this has happend after so long with warning or notification at all.. and yes there support does stink! im now a pokerstars fan lol

ok heres the latest excuse from UB regarding why my account has a security issue... ( this is hillarious ) there security team say that my credit card has been put on hold due toa chargeback issue and i need to speak to a recovery agent to repay this debt? WTF!!!!!!! I have used the same credit card there for bloody years and have never had a problem before and i havent even played there in the last month or so .... the verdict is UB supprot is ridiculous and no help at all. I mean if i owed you money or had a security issue on your poker site, would you wait for me to make a deposit before telling m about this roblem or wiould you email me or contact me regarding the problem as soon as it occured? i know what i would do and its common sense that you contact that customer immiedietly as the problem is found....BYE BYE UB!!

I got the bonus from tonyg some time ago,,, $30 within a couple of days , sure i got the link from pokernews but not certain someone else might help,,,but they came through pretty quick 3 days if i remember,, unfortunately i got wiped out dam quick so aint been back,,, going to stick to the devil I know,,,V.C,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
ive never played at ub ive heard some bad things about them i dont trust them really so i stay with site i know and like true poker is i nice site with friendky players

yeah its become a bit of a farce, i have sent them bank statements and everything and still i have no idea what the problem is to be honest. The supprt there is ridiculous and very dissapointing so its a big from me .

wow. i hate email support, takes days to address a single problem only to come up with more problems, that's why the best place to play is those with chat support for immediate action

lol ub now say i need to send a check of $25 to them or will be put on a blacklist and not be able to play poker online again ... beahve UB if my bank says the money was paid to you and has not been reimbursed to my account then the problem is yours not mine ... i aint paying nothing till they prove there case and not just send me a stupid email with no info except pay us pay us pay us... UB is a joke.
