Yes, I believe you found a "loophole" in online gambling for US players. Lol, it's been 2 years, and the PPA which is THE largest poker player organization in the WORLD, which also includes NUMEROUS proffessional lawyers collectively couldn't figure it out, yet SOMEHOW you managed to. The greatest legal minds in the US have failed to find a way around the UIGEA, and there is no way around it. I somehow doubt a 51 year old sailor scrabbling around for free bankrolls is somehow going to put them to shame and come up with a solution.

I am expecting some stupid response like " but its only illegal to deposit and withdraw in the US so if someone stakes them and transfers money then its legal." forgetting of course that under US law anyone found doing that is liable for prosecution for money laundering and aiding and abetting a felony for trying to bypass US legislation.

thx for making an effort, in regards to ur response, here is what i'm facing with a London based gaming law firm....they are seeking US legal advice if a staking company can take monies from it's US based member clients towards staking. These monies will go thru a separate/ringed bank account sim to pokerstars and now full tilt. so all monies are not held apart from my staking company.. We are working with The Rational group/owners of both pokerstars and full tilt to see if they can pay the staking company for any of it's members who win cash from their tournaments as a members club.(This would be a ground breaking rule in the history of online poker) this is major legal issue i am facing to make my busines UNIQUE like i said, Rational want this to as it means mega business for both their sites. thus any winnings would be distributed by both pokerstars or full tilt and any other poker site to the staking club for redistribution to it's members/clients/winners of a given tournament.
The loophole is possible but US gaming law is fickle on this matter at present. The main issue is the US PLAYER IS NOT PLAYING BUT STAKING AND WINNINGS ARE PAID BY THE STAKING COMPANY NOT THE WINNING PLAYER. VERY TECHNICAL ISSUE BUT WE WILL KNOW BY END OF JAN I HOPE. THIS IS WHAT I HAVE BEEN WORKING ON. I HOPE THIS HELPS, IL KEEP U POSTED. I HOPE I MADE SOME SENSE BUT IT'S HARD TO EXPLAIN. GG ALL GL
