well at a young age of 22 he already has achieved a lot in poker world. deffo running hot in the last 2 years or so, will be interesting to see if he can maintain anything similar in terms of results/winnings in the years to come...i actually doubt that, we've seen players running hot before, but they hit the wall at some stage of their careers..this is still gambling not business

Must be a great sensation to be presented to the poker comunity by Daniel Negreanu, having such a star saying our name as a part of the same team of his. Jake Cody could be expecting for such an invitation after his achievements and, although he couldn't be needing any of this support for his game, i bet it will work as a win win situation, as he will be invited to play much more live tourneys, supported by the biggest team on the planet.

More and more players tend to think like some of the mobsters that posted here, i mean money spent on sponsorship contracts should be invested in promotions for players.
I think that a good player that has succes will be known anyway due to coverage in all pokernews sites.

congrats to jake, he has accomplished so may things and it was just a matter of time till he will get a big sponsor ship. pokerstars seems to be getting away from signing every main event champ and instead foccussing on younger online/live pros like jake cody or isaac haxton
