Same strange things happen in all poker rooms, not only PokerStars.iPoker,Ongame same stuff. My perception is that you have to feed the system first(loose money ,generate rake ) and after you will receive a fair game, even river lucky wins.Good luck

Bankroll i totally agree with you on this topic. In big cash pots for $100+ ive turned quads cash has gone in got rivered by bigger quads in MTTs like you get to a crucial stage of a tourney and no matter what the bigger donk stacks from russia eastern block call with any s**t and they constantly outdraw you.

Live casino action if that s**t happens then yeah the shuffle has happened in front of you and the cards have fell but how many times does online set it up for 2 or 3 people to go all in and worst hand on the flop ends up hitting and winning by the river? it seems to be every 2 out of 3 hands online and that is something that needs addressing.

Kow bollox your probably on a percentage from pokerstars thats why your defending it and ive played 1000s+ tourneys cash hands and had more bad beats than winning good hands and yes ive complained to them about their set up software and just get the usual script bull shi t that your sprouting now about percentages and s**t.

If 85% of pokerstars players played live like they did online they would be stone cold broke selling the big issue and THAT is a FACT...

Man I wish that was true.... I'd welcome any PS percentage Smile I'm only on the "take" if you mean that I earn 10 BRM points every time I reply here, same as everyone. And even if this was the case - $150 per year just isn't enough to sell my soul Big Smile. There's NOTHING that can buy me.

Not the case though - I've spent over 600€ "learning the game" i.e donkplay. Over two years of play time, my overall Invested vs. Gain equals to no more than 500€ clean profit. I guess I should be happy with this result as it came mostly from winning big at MTTs (not on Stars, though). CG was more or less BE or slightly negative after trying on bigger games.

I just think my_bankroll is going through one hell of a downer, so he's tilted. Totally understandable. Again I'll say - don't play online of you suspect fraud going on.

Here, some facts:

my showdown hands: (of 260k played)

River Made Hand Value Total Hands Won Hand% Net Won USD bb/100 W$SD%
9) Straight Flush-------------- 10---------------100,00%----------9,99-----------4287,0---100,00%
8) Four of a Kind---------------59---------------96,61%-------------85,35-------5516,44---96,61%
7) Full House--------------------669-------------83,86%-------------587,84------3124,64---83,86%
6) Flush--------------------------740-------------82,03%-------------554,96--------2556,73----82,03%
5) Straight-----------------------923-------------75,41%-------------521,09--------1998,99---75,41%
4) Three of a Kind-------------1113------------72,33%--------------491,25--------1577,32---72,33%
3) Two Paiir---------------------5020------------55,96%--------------51,69----------20,09------55,96%
2) One Paiir---------------------7363------------39,83%-------------(-1345,04)-----(-571,15)---39,83%
1) High Card--------------------2026------------16,49% ------------(-657,14)-------(-1142,28)--16,49%

That's 20000 hands I've decided are worth playing (of 240k, remember) Smile
Oh yeah, these are valid stats, authentic and etc. I've gone through some effort to posti this here, not so much but just enough, I will not tolerate any non-sense replies. You know what I mean.

variance simulation was run by EV++ variance simulator (local version)
parameters: my game on NL2
- winrate: 9bb/100
- st. devation: 125 bb/100
What COULD HAPPEN? worst or best (although I'm clearly winning player) Aww crap!

------------
I urge Administrators to update the forum program code. Tab spaces don't work, no reply preview.. cmon guys Smile

The problem for most people is they think they should always win when they start off with the best
hand. As kowkain's stats show. he is over the long term a winning player but the variance in his stats alos show that from time to time he will have down swings where his opponent's get the hands they need and he will have down swings. They key to handling these situations is to keep your cool and know when to walk away and take a break to regain your balence and avoid going on tilt. Easy to say but hard to do.

My_Bankroll sounds like Phil Hellmuth when hes on a blowup. you should definately take a break off the tables and do something else you enjoy otherwise you might go broke and use your love for poker at the same time.

Naah, he started another thread and posts in other areas now. Anything to fuel his delusion...
I guess some people just can't admit they're wrong and that the problem lies 80% in them. Not just in poker...
I agree that everybdy needs a brake now and then... Me too, after this fckin week on PKR.. : Angry
