i have got a free trial on poker office 5 and i got it all working hud working imported hands and live tracker but that is as far as i have got. has anyone got any quick tips or any good advice. i know what a few of the things are some are easy like profit/loss hands played and so on.

I think you ask for the other poker stats like VPIP, PFR, AggFactor, 3bet, right? IF this is the case google poker stats explained and check out the results, unfortunately the results of the search(links) can't be posted here.
yes its installed ok its all the stats like VPIP, PFR, AggFactor, 3bet, . i think i should just look it up like you sugest. one thing i see so far is i am making a small proft . i will work it out if i cant i will ask the kids lol

Hi Jo. I think that there are many "HUDS" out there, it is just a case of finding the one that suits you. As regards this one I must say I haven't heard of it before?!?!
In regard to how they work I think you had better ask the kids as you say they will probably be able to help you more. Anyway, good to hear from you and gl on and off the felt...............
