Just played a 4 handed, reveal all tournament on 888.
Whoever wins hand, even if folded to him, shows the hand. It was very interesting to see bluffs, and BB walks with 26o etc.
Came 9th after two big losses, AA v K9 v KQ early aipf, with K9 hitting straight, then at the end, TJ v T7 on a T82 flop (both of us SS, BB v SB) and him hitting 7 on turn. Really enjoyed playing it though and will certainly play again.

Hmmmmmm! Interesting promotion. Think I will pop along and take a look at this and see how it all goes. Wondering what the principle behind it is though! Will be interested to read some views on this.

It seemed like there was a lot less bluffing, I guess people not willing to have there bluffs shown, so less opportunities for bad beats. I didn't see any at all in this game, though I will concede a hand history for one game isn't enough to base statistical evidence on

Sounds pretty interesting. Never played that kind of tournament before. I thought that there will be more bluffs instead, just because you have to show the hand, so people can see that you're a great player. From here you can also learn that people tend to raise more when they have something, then that they actually bluff.
Last post of the day, 10 points in, I'm glad. Good luck.

interesting idea- surely you're in for a lot more laughs than usual. i must say i do like the concept itself- it's fair in a way that every winner has to show his hand, but i have a feeling that those players who are actually the long term winning players wouldn't want to enter such tourneys. they could lose some of their edge imo

The ones participating might play more conservative with the show up. Sure it changes the game concept somehow. But on the other hand, someone can bluff more only in this kind of play, thinking that will fold more players now. It sounds interesting.
