Ladbrokes Poker has confirmed that they will be moving to Playtech's iPoker network, including their online poker operations, "in due course". While no timescale has been set for the move, a press release issued this week stated that "in due course Ladbrokes will ... migrate to Playtech’s download casino and poker products." This will see Ladbrokes Poker depart from the Microgaming Poker Network. Ladbrokes CEO Richard Glynn said that Ladbrokes "has made significant progress over the past two years by investing in our core technology, revitalising our brand and making our customer offer more competitive.The next phase of this reinvigoration will see us work closely with Playtech to increase customer lifetime values." Ladbrokes will initially be adding a "Vegas" tab to their website and mobile offering. Via this tab, players can try out Playtech's casino products and other games.

I will have to check on all my poker accounts to see if any of the rooms in which i am registered is part of the Ladbrokes. I remember to see their logo, don't know if around here or if when opening some of the rooms where i play. I'm sure someone will advise me if there's something i need to know about these changes.
