could anyone please help me i have just joined bankroll mob and have recived this email Your account at BankrollMob.com has been APPROVED.
However, our investigation team did not fully approve your account. This means that instead of rejecing your account and not giving you access to anything, we have approved your account with a lower approval level. Basically you have access to some things, but not all of our no deposit bonuses. It is NOT possible for you to raise your level of approval.
and i dont know why my ex boyfriend joined up a few weeks ago and had no problems,any help would be great thanks

I can't disclose any details, but larppari's suggestion sounds like possible. We only allow one account per person / address / household / IP address etc for a reason, so we have to be very strict with it. Otherwise, before we would know of it, every 5th user would have 3 accounts and get multiple bonuses, ruining it for everybody else.
So yeah, maybe sometimes wrong people are "trapped" in our filters and rejected, but shouldn't, but that's just the price we have to pay for the higher security for both ourselves and to ensure the other members will still be able to get bonuses.
