I remember this issi guy, who apologised when he got caught by admin, and all his ratings were reset. Apparently he was somewhat intoxicated that night, and just thumbed everyone down in a few threads, he didn't target anyone specifically.

Well, all I can say is that you seem to have attracted multiple "downers" with some of your posts, so I wouldn't say that it's just one person. There was one person who did manage to "down" around 10 posts within 30 seconds (from various posters), clearly just downing for the purpose of doing it, and ratings from that person was removed and future ratings blocked, because that's not the intended use of our rating system.
But the bottom line is, we don't want to spend too much time on issues like this. How many thumbs up/down you have doesn't affect your use of the site at all, it has nothing to do with MobPoints etc., the only "real" use it has is for users to help us moderate and "down" really bad/spammy posts, before we can get to them - and then of course to also give thumbs up for really good posts.
