The reason i just tried to call you was to discuss your account, but before i had the chance to say anything you hung up.......
We did not decline your account due to the number of applications being made, the reason your account was declined was to due to the information that you put into the system.
I would be more than happy to speak to you and explain this in more detail if you did not hang up.

on my account it still says awaiting payment,also i could register for the promo without a problem. so i really wondrer about this. are the boni of the people that regsitered for that promo excluded or what? because i am wondering now, i didnt get no information that it was cancelled.i signed up for the bonus one week ago

what information all information i have ever provided has been correct and i have had no problems with any other bankroll request's due to information. i have not been given a decent explanation as to what information you are referring to and how if i could put it right. ask your support staff is a waste of time. and you ringing me you would of seen when u read my post i was logged off i was very busy when you rang and anyway i put in another thread for you to email me if that wasn't a problem. i did not hang up on you straight away i asked you to check back on here and i will respond.
Did i have rong information? id believe i filled out the the information correct and accuret so any reason why it says awaitpayment u can call me anything if something was rong? any help?
