It's a security thing to make sure you are the one who owns the account you want to withdraw to. The only other method to withdraw without making a deposit is a bank transfer but there is a minimum you can withdraw and i think it's $50.

It's not wrong, it's the conditions to which you agreed when you signed up. As a matter of fact, I cannot think of any pokerroom that does not have this condition. They all do.
But, if you have a PS account and you have deposit there before, you can pair the two accounts and then transfer you balance from FTP to PS, and thenm withdraw it from PS.

I'm sure that if you are allowed to play on there from your country you can deposit and withdraw using a bank account as well. Just go in the cashier and click withdraw and look for any information about it that you can. I'm sure it will say somewhere.

Don´t understand what you would like to know with this question. But the easiest way woudl be like PokerDon described. If you connect your FT account with Pokerstars you can transfer funds. If you transfer some $ from PS to FT it is like a deposit and you can then pay out to Netteller.

if you didn't deposit on stars you will not be able to withdraw there as well...i think in your situation the only option i see is to transfer your winnings to some trusted mobster- who will cashout them fro you and sent them over to your neteller moneybookers(skrill) account.

I made my withdraw on PS without deposit. But I withdrawed on my bank account not on skrill or neteler, so there is maybe difference. Or maybe I am just special one. What the fck I am talking about ofcourse I am special one.

Hello yinitia ,
By the way I was at Dera, 2 years ago. It is very beautiful.
I checked about your situation. PokerStars and Full Tillt Poker are allowed to real play in India. But you can not use debit/credit card for deposit or withdraw, because most of the banks in India doesn't allow the online transactions.
Don't use wire transfer! Because in India it has 13% fees. It is too expensive. The only way to deposit or withdraw from India is to open MoneyBookers (Skrill) account. If you don't have it yet, you can open one, plus they will give you $10 free when you register.
Before withdrawing, you have to deposit at least once $10 at Full Tilt Poker through MoneyBookers. When you make that deposit, you have to send your documents for the Account Verification:
One of the following: a valid driver's license, passport, or another form of government-issued photographic identification that clearly shows your birth date and the date of issue or expiry.
2. Proof of Address:
One of the following: bank or credit card statement, utility bill, bank letter, cell phone bill, home or vehicle insurance papers, or a property document such as a lease or title deed (or equivalent). This document must have been issued less than 90 days previously. Prior to sending your documents, please note:
Copies must be clear and legible The document needs to be a full page and complete (bill/pay stubs, folded papers, envelopes, and partial sections will not be accepted)
Bills must clearly display that service provider's letterhead or official logo Your address verification document must display the same name and address listed on your Full Tilt Poker account. If your current address is different from the one registered on your account, please provide an explanation for the change. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
A copy of your ID and the Address Registration you have to send it here:
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Now I will show you how to open a MoneyBookers account. THIS IS ONLY FOR INDIANS: (a post from an indian poker player) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "There were a lot of talks about withdrawal so i thought I'd just share how i withdrew my money.
1. Registered on Moneybookers.
2. Transferred amount into moneybookers (Here diff sites have diff processes so not gonna talk too much about it.)
3. Saw the amount on my Moneybookers account. Clicked withdraw and it asked for my bank SWIFT code.
4. I went to HDFC Bank and asked for their SWIFT code. They misunderstood it for some other code. Now while asking for a SWIFT code from the bank, tell them that it is for an international money transfer. It will be given to you on the spot.
5. Entered my SWIFT code. It then asked me to verify who i am. They asked for either a copy of my bank statement for free or enter my debit card details for a charge of rs.111. I trust moneybookers (basically I'm lazy) so i entered it. I also did it coz whenever i get any money into my HDFC acc i shift it into another bank acc.
6. Once it verified who I am(which happ instantly) it asked me the amount i want to withdraw and then it said that it was processed and will be in my account between 2-5 days. And in two or three days i received the amountsmile
Note: If you withdraw lesser than INR 20,000 at a time you willl either not be questioned at all or get a call from a call center agent asking you for the source of the money. Most of them dont even know what poker is and so I say i won it playing online games.
If you withdraw a bigger amount, the bank manager will call you and ask you to fill some forms. This is done to ensure that you pay taxes on this amount. Most ppl just withdraw smaller amounts since they don't wanna pay tax on it." ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
yinitia, I hope this info was pleasant for you, but if you have more queries about deposits, withdrowals, or anything related with the online poker in India, please don't hesitate to contact the Indian Poker Player, this is his Skype: clawindsouza

FTP likes to be sure that is transferring the money to an account owned by the same person that deposited or somehow related to him/her, that’s why they prefer players to withdraw to a source from where they’ve already made deposits. Turning it more reliable.

G'day mate It is true that almost all sites require you to have made at least one deposit to there site before they will allow you to make any withdrawals. I am always amazed when people claim they have never made a deposit but cashout alot of money. I wish you all the best.

I'm loving all these schemes everybody knows on how to withdraw more cash than you deposit..... It's pretty comical
I must say that a small transfer of cash to my Full Tilt account from my PokerStars account netted me $5 cash and 10 $5,000 First Time Depositors Freerolls OVER and above the $10 worth of ring games and Sit and Gos I got when registering at Full Tilt through here...

Hello, Well i won here $60 and the money i cash out on Moneybookers. So painfull at first. It was the first time using Moneybookers ( Skrill ) and i had to confirm my credit card, they took money from credit card, . 1.something euro. And i had to put the exact amount on Skrill, but on my credit card didn't appear. Only after 3 weeks on the extras of the account. Then i deposied $10 on FT after played few days, maked 300 FTP and $68 i withdrawl $50. I had them on moneybookers in few mins and on my credit card few hours. The fee on moneybookrs is very vwry low, The best i think.
