Where did you ask for the cash out to go to? A week though is not an unusual amount of time to wait though, depending on where the money is going.PartyPoker and it took 2 days.

Got to suppose that the lapse of time is about the same that it is for the BRM bonus to be approved and complete. Patience is the best way to take the situation.
