I don't understand your question How you can play if your bonus is still processing? But meanwhile waiting for you bonus to be updated, you can deposit $10 and play immediately!

Depends on which pokerroom you requested the bonus. At some pokerrooms it is not possible to deposit before you get the no deposit bonus. I mean it's possible but you would be ineligible for the bonus because of it.

Thats not clear if you ask me. In some sites you could play freerolls till you get the banktroll. But this may prevent you from getting one since your account wont be considered as new after that. Better stay off the tables till you get the bankroll, to be sure about it. Little more patience is needed
