Hello, I cashed out from BallPoker after i deposited ofc. I sent them an email after 1st try to ask them why i cant cash out. I got an email from them and they told me that i need to let 14.85 euro or something like this in my account ( cause those where the rest from freerolls that i didn't waggered 5x times. And today i got the money via Skrill ( Moneybookers ). Till now it's safe.
